How does it work?

FlashPass is much more than a tool to make your eApis manifests a breeze, its robust, powerfull and has many key features that will make your border crossing rule compliance as simple as it ever was.

FlashPass is an application shareware developed by pilots for pilots. You may download a full working trial for free and check it out for 15 days. If you decide that FlashPass is for you, you can then purchase a license from our online store.

A dedicated team of developers keep the software growing and up to date, so new features will come constantly, and rule compliance is closely monitored with CBP and the software is updated as required when changes by the US government are published. We strive to bring all this changes before this specifications are made into requirements. FlashPass has a built in feature that will notify you whenever changes like this are updated into the software or whenever new features are available on new releases so that you can all ways have the latest and greatest version available.

New Rules, No Problem. We got you covered!
Starting in May 2009, CBP has initiated new rules that makes it mandatory for pilots to advice of arrivals and departures electronically to and from the USA in advance (at least one hour before the trip takes place). With the years the rules and requirements are getting more difficult and with more penalties to the owner or operator. This will translate in an increase of  workload of the pilots that have to focus more on complying with requirements than concentrating on the safety of the flight. Rules will only get more difficult with time, and FlashPass is commited to keep up with them and to focus on speed and simplification for the user.

FlashPass is a shareware application that will allow you to streamline and meet eApis and CBP requirements in a fast and simple way. It will keep a detailed database of your crew, aircrafts, manifests and passengers in a friendly easy to use interface designed for quick data entry and error proofing, allowing you to re-use the data as required making future filings a snap. FlashPass is designed to keep you concentrated on your flights instead of your paperwork. It will also print 178 forms for you, and it will aid in doing all the requirements for border crossing.

FlashPass allows you to quickly create new manifests and create your return trip extremely fast by cloning the arrival manifest and swapping your destination and departure places.

Share the joy
Contact sharing its also simple and quick, FP allows you to export or import contacts to and from other FP users. Flying with someone else? No problem, send your contact card to him and he will have all your information in a snap. Someone else flying with you? same thing applies.

Know before you go
FlashPass is aware of what information you are entering into the system, it will for example give you several clues when your passengers or crew documents are expired or are near expiration. You will know before you can add him or her to the manifest or when you glimpse at the persons or contact list. Remember that under the new rules YOU the PIC and OPERATOR are directly responsible for the information provided. FlashPass will attempt to validate that all your information is complete and will alert you of any problems or un-compatible information entered in the manifest. In other words FlashPass will do a good job of minimizing your exposure to mistakes in your manifest while you are creating it.
