   Hi, I’m really liking your program. Thank you for putting out this software, it had really eased the transition to the new customs requirements. One suggestion or question, is there a way to sort the Persons by last name? If not that would be a helpful option. Thanks again,

   I have about 40 names in my persons file.
   The names are stored randomly.
   Is there a way they can be stored alphabetically by last name?

   Hello,

   I have FlashPass on my Mac laptop and it works perfect.
   I also have it in my Desktop using Windows.
   When I make eAPIS XML file and store it in my desktop, the icon appears on the screen.
   When I go to the CBP webside and try to upload the manifest, the manifest does not
   appear on my desktop file and I have to type it in manually and then click open.
   What could be the problem?

   The problem seems to be with your Windows. I suggest a Windows support specialist takes a look at your system.

   When I print the CBP 178 Form, the arrival and departure airports are reverse.

   Hello Mark,

   Make sure you select the correct Manifest when printing Form 178.
   First click on Manifests then click on the correct manifest. (Arrival or Departure).
   Then select PRINT from the Menu and you should be ok.

   I don’t see how to create the departure leg for leaving the United States. It seems that the program is only allowing me to create a inbound leg.

   Hello Mark,

   Flash Pass uses the departure Airport COUNTRY to determine if the flight is Inbound (to USA) or Outbound (from USA).
   Make sure you choose the Departure and Destination Countries when creating a Manifest. Remember that CBP requires that you file two manifests, one for each leg of your trip.

   The program shows the passengers on the manifest and the XML FILE BUT DOES NOT SHOW THEM WHEN CHECKED AFTER THE APIS DOWNLOAD. I recheked and re XML filed 3 times and it would not show pax when looking at the apis filed version. What gives?

   Hello George,

   When you upload a manifest in CBP’s website you are shown a preview of
   your manifest. THIS IS NOT THE COMPLETE MANIFEST. It is just a portion
   of your manifest. Don’t worry, once you hit SUBMIT the complete manifest
   will be sent.

   Nice program easy to use, the demo video was helpful.

   Two problems.

   When I click on the shortcut to flashpass icon I have to go through entire install sequence each time. Anyway for a more direct load.

   And number two, any way to get a full screen? Current screen is less than 50% of monitor area, and these old eyes need all the help they can get.

   Hello Thomas,

   When you download Flash Pass from our website for the first
   time it is downloading what is called an “installer”.

   It INSTALLS Flash Pass on your PC and gives you
   the option of leaving a shortcut to Flash Pass on your desktop.

   Once you use the installer you should DELETE it and continue
   running the program with the Flash Pass shortcut.

   Answering your second question: There is an option in Preferences that makes the FONTS larger and easier to see.

   The option is: USE LARGE FONTS

   I’m thinking of buying your program. Please advise:

   1. I’ll need a copy for our travel notebook computer and my wife’s computer - can that be done with the cost of one program?

   2. Can I export my database of persons, aircraft, etc. to different computers (e.g. to our travel notebook and my wife’s computer)?
