FlashPass 1.2 released

We are happy to announce the release of FlashPass version 1.2
This release solves all known bugs to date. We also did some house keeping tweaks for efficiency. We also added some features that we are sure you will like.Here is a list of improvements and changes :
- We now support categories for persons/contacts, so you can organize the list better.
- Auto Update will not freeze the app when checking for updates or when internet is down/slow
- Allows the option to unlock state names from 2 digit abbreviations to full state names (read warning)
- Fixes an issue on manifest window where tab order was wrong.
- Zulu gathering from Internet is now handled faster without hanging the program.
- Fixed an issue under windows, where the .xml extension was not parsed correctly.
- Added sort capabilities to all the lists.
- Occupant lists now sort by category and then by name.
- Added a better preview window for the basic details of the manifest. (Turn on feature using prefs window)
- Used a newer compiler for better performance across platforms.
- Improved overall stability and memory management.

Note that I just sent an email to you, but here is a sample of what I’m trying to do and the error that I’m getting.
Departing CYCL; which is Zulu -4. Note that the program is trying to give me Zulu -3 which is incorrect.
Arriving KBGR; which is Zulu -3. The flight is .5 hours
I get an error in the program because I’m arriving before my departure; which is correct because of the time zone difference of one hour and the flight time of only .5 hours. -

I am not able to download 1.2. I get an error message saying that an error occoured while trying tro replace the file. Code 5
Please advise.

Regarding persons, if they do not have a document #2, there is no way to leave blank the country of issuance & expiration date.Please advise.

I just had the experience coming into KTMB from MYBS, that when I filed the eAPIS, although I had the right airport, and city, I had the wrong country. The email confirmation showed the arrival as “KTMB/BHS”. The report never reached.I looked over the government site, and it does not require the country. I presume that it is implicid in the inbound report.
To avoid the possibility of an error; is it posible for your program to not require the country of arrival?

Hi. I have just upgraded to version 1.4 and one of the changes listed was that the United Kingdom name has been shortened from the one in versions 1.1 and 1.2. However I have just printed out a 178 form in version 1.4 and the United Kingdom still prints in the long format which does not fit in the box provided in the form. Can that not print as United Kingdom only?Great product otherwise.

Need to know how to erase a city from the drop down menu for the person’s city of residence. I misspelled the name and now it appears all the time.
